Rich’s expertise is contracts and small business matters. Rich can draft or review contracts for bills of sale, exhibitions, consignment, or performance. Rich can tell you how you might be able to exit a contract you’re currently in, or what your rights are if you believed you were wronged in business arrangement. Similar to a Will, an advanced medical directive is a document that will ensure how you want to be treated medically when you cannot express those wishes yourself.


Transfer on Death Deeds

The District of Columbia allows for real estate to be transferred to another person upon one’s death with a transfer on death deed without having the property pass through probate. This can be advantageous if you wanted a property to be sold quickly.
